Chemical Tank Productions Continue

Fiberglass and polythene chemical tank productions supply storage of chemicals with different concentration rates. Polythene acid tanks are produced as standard and dimensions cannot be changed. In addition, polythene acid tanks can be produced in certain volumes as silo type. It can provide resistance to all acids to be stored at ambient temperature in all concentrated ratios.

Polyester acid tanks are a solution partner for different sizes and details. It allows the stocking of acids at certain concentrations and at different temperatures. The 50 tons polyester horizontal acid tank we produce for sodium sulfate storage has been designed in line with the demand from the company. Manufacturing has been completed with using vinylester epoxy resin.

Polythene Chemical Tank Productions

Polythene acid tanks, which we produce in different thicknesses according to chemical concentration ratios, are produced in standard sizes and have 1 inlet manhole and 1 polyethylene external threaded outlet fitting. Products can be supported with sheet metal belts upon request. It is not suitable for use except at ambient temperature.

The product we have produced for caustic acid storage has been thickened by 60%. Thus, the product has been made durable for 48% caustic acid storage. All other equipment is made of PVC and has been placed in accordance with the company’s project.

Mixer tank productions can be provided as polyester and polyethylene. Because we can be supply more tank dimension possibility and equipment variety in polyester products, mixer tanks are preffered as fiberglass.

It is designed according to the dimensions requested by the company to be used in the production of chemical products. With the double-sided hinged top cover, it is designed in accordance with the casting of raw materials with open tops drums. Polytehe Silo Mixer Tanks

Polyethylene silo tanks are produced with an open top and then mixer assembly is provided. Tank shaft is also produced from polyethylene material. A polyester cover is attached to the tanks for mixer placement. The outlets are also produced with out threaded from polyethylene material.

Mixer features are preferred by you. The gearbox power varies according to the density of the chemical to be put into it. In general, 1.1 kwa gearbox up to 1 ton volume, 2.2 kwa up to 3 tons, 5.5 kwa gearbox up to 5 tons are preferred. You can get support from our sales representatives on the subject.

Vinylester resin has a high resistance for acid with a certain concentration rate and tempature. You can see the resistance table on attachment.

Vinylester tanks are more useful comparison with to plastic chemical tanks. Also they are cheaper comparison with stainless tanks.

Vinylester tanks’ useful life is so long. If you can use it according to instructions, there will be no problems.

Also tanks are repairable. It is so important for a tank. Even if you have any problem except of warranty process, you can repair it easily.

We can connect outlets and inlets where you want on tanks in all dimensions. Also we can supply special equipments like cleanable level gauge, lifters, serpentine ext., too.

Last week we produced vinylester tanks for ISBAK A.S. and Uyguner Co.

12m3 acid tank is produced for Uyguner Co., in Istanbul. Tank is used for reactor tank. Water’ ph value will be decreased with %10 sulphuric acid. Working tempature will be 80ºC for tank.

  • Don’t use your tank except of specified chemical. Also conceration rate and stock tempature is not to be exceeded the specified values.
  • Install your tanks on a flat concrete ground.
  • Don’t interfere with any driller or cutter materials over tanks.
  • Please test your tank with water against to defections during transport.
